• Order Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

• Delivery Times: While we strive to dispatch orders quickly, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Parcels may occasionally take longer to reach their destination. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us.

We currently deliver to UK Mainland only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

• Northern Ireland

• The Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• The Channel Islands

• Certain parts of Scotland
