Once payment has been successfully received, orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day for all items placed before 12:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Customised Occasion Wear

All customised occasional wear is made to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for processing and delivery from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the level of customisation and destination.

UK Shipping

• Standard UK Delivery: £4.99
  Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Next-Day UK Delivery: £8.99
  Available on eligible items and locations. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM.

International Shipping

• International Standard Delivery: from £14.99
  Estimated delivery time: 5–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping fee.
